At Extoys, every order is shipped with your privacy as the top priority. Here's exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Discreet Packaging

Every order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding, logos, or product descriptions visible on the outside. The courier sees a standard parcel — nothing more. Your privacy is never compromised at any stage of the shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and all other major and minor cities.

Delivery Timelines

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): typically 3–5 working days
• Other areas across Pakistan: delivery may take slightly longer depending on location
• Same-day dispatch is available on eligible orders placed before  4pm — dispatch does not guarantee same-day delivery, only that your order leaves our facility the same day.

Payment on Delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on all orders, so you can pay in person when your package arrives — no online payment details required if you'd prefer not to share them.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive [tracking details on your whatsapp and Confirmation Call so you can follow your delivery status.

Shipping Charges

Our Flat Rate is 250 Rs Delivery Charges All Over Pakistan.

While we work to meet the timelines above, delivery can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
